Great leader are not born, they are made…

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” ~ Dr. John C. Maxwell

Great leader are not born, they are made…

This statement above is about leadership. Leadership is defined as "working with and through others to achieve objectives"

To be a great leader, that is not by naturally. They are needed to be made. A great leader needs a good attitude, a lot of knowledge and high education.

Great leader need a good attitude and behavior. He must know how to respect people. Whether people in high level or low level. Leadership is all about people, and getting the most out of people.

Great leader must have a lot of knowledge. For example, he must know how to reward those who succeed and know when to retrain, move, or fire ineffective staff.

Great leader also must have higher education. He should learn from the past. He must learned from the experience

Goal

I got car?

Yes… it is true… even though I didn’t get the car that I dream. But praise to God…

What make me shock is, I don’t have license yet… and my father already give car to me. I really like it…what ever type of the car, I don’t care. And now my mission is to get the license as soon as possible.

Everything in our life, what will we do, we must have goals.

Goals constantly remind us that there are tasks that need to be done, and within a particular time frame, for us to make progress.

Without goals reminding us of where we are and what we are supposed to do to get where we ought to be, we will only be working hard and achieving nothing.

As a conclusion, my goal now is license…=)

Students must vote during the ‘student election’ because...

Students must vote during the ‘student election’ because ‘student election’ is held to choose the leader among the students.

Election is being done to give the opportunity to student to choose their representative, their voice and their leader.

So that, as student, ‘student election’ is important to them.

Furthermore, student will make a better choice to choose the leader as they all known more about the student who participate to be the leader whether they are have good or bad attitude.

Besides, this election also will trained or in the other meaning to give the experience to student on how will the actual general election undergo.

the carpenter...

There is a story that relate to our life as student. As student, we should learn the moral value of this story.

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire as he wants to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business. Although he would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. That is his last decision. They could get by.

The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and the contractor asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work as before. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

At last, the carpenter finished his work. When the carpenter finished his work, his employer came to inspect the house. Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter and said, "This is your house... my gift to you."

The carpenter was shocked!

What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

The moral of the story is whenever we are doing our work or as student we have too many assignment, we should put more effort on it.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then, with a shock, we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we would do it much differently.

But, you cannot go back. You are the carpenter, and every day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Someone once said, "Life is a do-it-yourself project." Your attitude, and the choices you make today, helps build the "house" you will live in tomorrow. Therefore, build wisely! What ever you do in this everyday life, do it with you fully heart…

if I could rule the world, I would

if I could rule the world, I would  make sure there are no wars between people, all people are free to give any suggestion or idea for their leader even prime minister and give a monthly aid to poor family.

Firstly, I would make sure there are no wars between people. No cultivation and no conquerors. So, people can live happily ever after.

Besides that, all people are free to give any suggestion or idea for their leader even prime minister. By this way, our leader does not make its own decision without thinking about their citizens.

I would give a monthly aid to all poor family. On the other hand, to families who have children, the educational aid also will be provided. So, number of student without education in this country will be decrease.

Do you think we should give monetary incentives to KP2 student to motivate them to get better grades?

NO!

This is my answer for the question above. I don’t think that we should give monetary incentives to KP2 student even though it seem like can be done to motivate them to get better grades. Why should we give monetary incentives?
In addition, while we give monetary incentives they also do not get result the best as we want. So that, when we still give the monetary incentives, they will become lazier as they thought that they still can get the monetary incentives.

For this kind of student, stop gives them the monetary incentives are the best way in order to motivate them to get better grades.
So that they can improve their study skill and does not just enjoy by using monetary incentives.
But after they get a good result, we should give back their monetary incentives so that they will not become down as they already get a good result but their monetary incentive still stop.
As a conclusion, we shouldn’t give monetary incentives to KP2 students.
