Great leader are not born, they are made…

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” ~ Dr. John C. Maxwell

Great leader are not born, they are made…

This statement above is about leadership. Leadership is defined as "working with and through others to achieve objectives"

To be a great leader, that is not by naturally. They are needed to be made. A great leader needs a good attitude, a lot of knowledge and high education.

Great leader need a good attitude and behavior. He must know how to respect people. Whether people in high level or low level. Leadership is all about people, and getting the most out of people.

Great leader must have a lot of knowledge. For example, he must know how to reward those who succeed and know when to retrain, move, or fire ineffective staff.

Great leader also must have higher education. He should learn from the past. He must learned from the experience

Goal

I got car?

Yes… it is true… even though I didn’t get the car that I dream. But praise to God…

What make me shock is, I don’t have license yet… and my father already give car to me. I really like it…what ever type of the car, I don’t care. And now my mission is to get the license as soon as possible.

Everything in our life, what will we do, we must have goals.

Goals constantly remind us that there are tasks that need to be done, and within a particular time frame, for us to make progress.

Without goals reminding us of where we are and what we are supposed to do to get where we ought to be, we will only be working hard and achieving nothing.

As a conclusion, my goal now is license…=)

Students must vote during the ‘student election’ because...

Students must vote during the ‘student election’ because ‘student election’ is held to choose the leader among the students.

Election is being done to give the opportunity to student to choose their representative, their voice and their leader.

So that, as student, ‘student election’ is important to them.

Furthermore, student will make a better choice to choose the leader as they all known more about the student who participate to be the leader whether they are have good or bad attitude.

Besides, this election also will trained or in the other meaning to give the experience to student on how will the actual general election undergo.

the carpenter...

There is a story that relate to our life as student. As student, we should learn the moral value of this story.

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire as he wants to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business. Although he would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. That is his last decision. They could get by.

The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and the contractor asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work as before. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

At last, the carpenter finished his work. When the carpenter finished his work, his employer came to inspect the house. Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter and said, "This is your house... my gift to you."

The carpenter was shocked!

What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

The moral of the story is whenever we are doing our work or as student we have too many assignment, we should put more effort on it.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then, with a shock, we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we would do it much differently.

But, you cannot go back. You are the carpenter, and every day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Someone once said, "Life is a do-it-yourself project." Your attitude, and the choices you make today, helps build the "house" you will live in tomorrow. Therefore, build wisely! What ever you do in this everyday life, do it with you fully heart…

if I could rule the world, I would

if I could rule the world, I would  make sure there are no wars between people, all people are free to give any suggestion or idea for their leader even prime minister and give a monthly aid to poor family.

Firstly, I would make sure there are no wars between people. No cultivation and no conquerors. So, people can live happily ever after.

Besides that, all people are free to give any suggestion or idea for their leader even prime minister. By this way, our leader does not make its own decision without thinking about their citizens.

I would give a monthly aid to all poor family. On the other hand, to families who have children, the educational aid also will be provided. So, number of student without education in this country will be decrease.

Do you think we should give monetary incentives to KP2 student to motivate them to get better grades?

NO!

This is my answer for the question above. I don’t think that we should give monetary incentives to KP2 student even though it seem like can be done to motivate them to get better grades. Why should we give monetary incentives?
In addition, while we give monetary incentives they also do not get result the best as we want. So that, when we still give the monetary incentives, they will become lazier as they thought that they still can get the monetary incentives.

For this kind of student, stop gives them the monetary incentives are the best way in order to motivate them to get better grades.
So that they can improve their study skill and does not just enjoy by using monetary incentives.
But after they get a good result, we should give back their monetary incentives so that they will not become down as they already get a good result but their monetary incentive still stop.
As a conclusion, we shouldn’t give monetary incentives to KP2 students.

from NOTTING HILL With love...actually

Do you know anything about
“FROM NOTTING HILL WITH LOVE … ACTUALLY.”??\

This is a title of novel that I have read last month, and this novel is really interesting for me. This novel is written by Ali McNamara and all about dreaming to live like in movie.

Just for review okay!

FROM NOTTING HILL WITH LOVE … ACTUALLY is about Scarlett who really love movies, but her father and fiancĂ©, David does not like her to be like that. Her father also wants her to marry David. But does she love sensible just as much? With a big white wedding on the horizon, Scarlett really should have decided by now.
At the moment, praise to God. When she has the chance to house-sit in NOTTING HILL- the setting of one of her favorite movies - Scarlet jumps at the chance. But living like a movie is trickier than it seems, especially when her new neighbor Sean is so irritating. And so irritatingly handsome too.
Then Scarlett finds herself starring in a romantic comedy of her very own, but who will end up as the leading man?? DAVID or SEAN?

FROM NOTTING HILL WITH LOVE … ACTUALLY for those that wished on shooting star and love MOVIES like me…

A positive thing that I’m going to do during my mid semester break

A positive thing that I’m going to do during my mid semester break is going to national library. Actually I’m not make it as the main plan, but since my CPP’s mini project does not start yet, so I have to. When I told my friends about the plan, they laughed to me. They can’t believe that I will spend my holiday with going to library. Somehow, I will make it happen. In order to prove it to them and finish up my mini project.  The other reason is I want to find more books regarding my mini project’s title. Yes it’s true that in Micet, have been provided a lot of books. But since everyone wants to use it too so I think the best way is searching it in national library. Moreover, the other universities are not in their mid semester break, so for sure the library is not full with people. I will grab this opportunity to search more information on my CPP’s mini project

Birth order trait

Is it true our birth order determines our character?? I don’t think so. Based on the theory, the eldest child is stated that is more mature, often perfectionist, a good leader, have higher IQ level and low self esteem. Me as one of the eldest child in this world could agree with certain parts of theory. Actually, we should not put 100% trust on the theory. A person could change maybe affected by its surrounding. There are many cases that shown a good leader is not come from the eldest child. For example is shown by Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. He is not the eldest child, but still he showed the best effort he could to be the good leader, which was our Prime Minister.  Based on that we can conclude that character’s of someone is can’t be determine by her/his birth orders, sometimes it can be changed depends on how they communicate with others, the surrounding they faced and many other factors that might give influence to someone.

What happened in Mesir??

I think all of us knew already about what happened in Mesir. Crisis that occurred between the president and his own citizens had surprised all over the world. Many of my friends were there at that time. And me as their friend was worried about them. When I logged in my facebook, at the news feed page, everyone was talking about that. “Pray for them” , “take them back” and many mores were posted.  Fortunately, our country takes quick action in order to take them back to Malaysia. Not 10 persons ther, but  thousands were there. Most of them are students. Within a week all of them were back to Malaysia. Thank god they were safe. To my ex-schoolmate,   and  to all that were in Mesir before, hopefully you can continue your studies as soon as possible.  for what happened there, take it as your spirit to become more successful in your life while study abroad.

Volleyball vs FIST

Since I was doing my practical for my foundation, most of the FIST (Foundation In Science and Technology) love to play volleyball.  Most of them I’m not very close with even though I was in the same class with some of them. But through volleyball, I knew them..and not only while in court, we also sometimes studied together even our class were different.  Till now, I’m friendly with them. And a week ago, we had our volleyball match between other courses. Our course which is Process was represented by us. Team A was the boys and me and my friend were represented for the girls. Fortunately, we won the match. That make our seniors impressed of us because of junior can bid them. That will be the most precious memory for us in MICET.

even microwaveable containers in various sizes, with plans to include beverage packaging like cups
         in the future.
Advantages  –

  • ·         affordability
  • ·         biodegradable element

p/s:  stop using plastic bag but then use something that more biodegradable in order to save our world

K-pop Fever

Everyone now is addicted to Korean dramas, songs and fashions. Not only girls or women, men also are addicted with it. Most of Malaysian  love their dance and their cute baby faces. But  maybe some of us do not realize that their handsome and cute baby faces are all fake. Most of them were doing plastic surgery in order to make it their faces perfect and increase their popularity with their perfect appearances.  So for those who loves Korean artists, you can follow and admire their style but don’t ever cross in your mind to do plastic surgery so that you can have the same faces as them.  There are many bad effects that will come after you’re doing the surgery. And also some of our religions forbid us from doing that. So as the conclusion, you can love Korean artists, but love yourself too..

Love INFINITY

For those who are crazy about Korean dramas, must seen Playfull kiss acted by Kim Hyun Joon. Many girls are crazy about him starting from his  action in drama, Boys Over Flower. The heroin in the drama is Jung So Min as Oh Ha Ni. Pity of her because she found out that her first love is fall in love with someone else. But it just misunderstood. But I still want to share how she felt at that time..how frustrated she was..for those who had the same experience, lets put some feeling together..INFINITY

I’m really such an idiot
You’re the only one in my heart
You, who have eyes for someone else
You probably don’t know how I feel
Your day probably will not include me
Not even your memories
It’s the only me, the one watching you
Who is silently crying watching the shape of your back is kind of happiness to me
Even though to the very  end you do not understand my heart
What is the ending???lets think about it just a moment..INFINITY

My Educational Aspiration for 2011

Hello my friends.

Don’t get the best result for 1st semester?

Regret?

Fail to be the Dean List’s student?

Want NEW ASPIRATION for this 2nd semester 2011?

Let’s read this… and think carefully…

Tom Watson Sr. said,
“If you want to succeed, double your failure rate.”
If you study history, you will find that all stories of success are also stories of great failures.
But people don't see the failures.
They only see one side of the picture and they say that person got lucky:
“He must have been at the right place at the right time.”
As student we must realize that every success story is also a story of great failure.

Even though, we don’t get the best result in our examination,
as a good student we must not regret if we have study hard.
Surely we will feel upset and thinking negatively as we got fed up with studying hard all the time but we can’t succeed.
This is not good.
We should try and try…

Thomas Edison failed approximately 10,000 times while he was working on the light bulb.
Would you call him a failure?
He could have quit.
But, he still tries many times until success.
Just think, could or couldn’t we become like him?

If we are in type of student who likes to enjoy, does not pay attention in study and just playing truant, how come we can succeed?
Success does not come directly without our hard work.
Every time we failed, we need to bounce back.
This is called failing forward, rather than backward.
You learn and move forward.
Learn from your failure and keep moving.

So, for this 2nd semester study at UNiKL MICET we should balance our study.
me, not need to study, study and study everyday...
Enjoy yourself too.
Not need to stress yourself and remember one thing my friends!
Don’t give up when you fail for the first time, second time or ten times…
because
FAILURE IS THE HIGHWAY TO SUCCESS…
